By using ZohChat you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old or have authority to bind your organization.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping credentials secure. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

Service use and license

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ZohChat. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service.

Chat widget and visitor data

If you install the chat widget on your website, you are responsible for providing required notices and obtaining necessary consents from visitors. You own your customer content and chat transcripts; you grant us permission to process that data to provide the service.

Mobile apps

Use of the iOS or Android app may be subject to additional app store terms. Push notifications, camera, or microphone access can be managed in your device settings.

Subscriptions, billing, and taxes

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled. You are responsible for applicable taxes. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in your plan.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
• No spam, phishing, malware, or unauthorized access attempts.
• No infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights.
• No interference with the service or other users.

Third-party services

Integrations or links to third-party services are provided for convenience and are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for those services.

Availability and changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or pose a security risk.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZohChat will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

You agree to indemnify and hold ZohChat harmless from claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
